COD Orders:
Payment is collected at the time of inspection of the
subject property in the form of cash, credit card (Visa,
MasterCharge, Discover) money order, certified or bank
check.

Credit card information is collected at the time of Order or
inspection. Card charges are processed on the date of

Check Pre-Payments:
Prepayment (receipt of payment prior to date of inspection)
in the form of a check is accepted. Reports are delivered
once the check has cleared the bank, or upon verification

The option to pay on account is reserved for those clients
